We take the habit to buy and eat what is available at our grocery store. Must of the time, we even have the same grocery list every weeks. It is easier in our world where time is a luxury. But do we miss out, on available weapons to fight cancer. These weapons are ingredients that are part of the 5 to 10 fruits and vegetables we should eat daily.
