Serves :2
1 cup (250 mL) fresh or frozen fruit (such as mixed fruit, blueberries, cranberries, peaches, strawberries, raspberry or/and blackberry)
1 cup (250 mL) orange juice
1/2 cup (125 mL) silken or soft tofu
2 tbsp (25 mL) lemon juice
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp turcumin
1/4 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp nutmeg
5 whole cloves
1 banana
Preparation:
In blender, blend together fruits, orange juice, tofu, lemon juice, the spices and banana until smooth.
