
4 years ago, the Harvard medical school recommended that routinely eating nutritious meal and munching healthy snack give less worries about Friday 5 to 7 burger and fries. This daily meal gives you latitude on your risk to die from breast cancer.
You increase your odds to live a longer and healthier life despite occasional chips, cake and pop soda. The important thing is what you take everyday and when an occasional treat becomes your three o’clock, you are really reducing your option.
1. Small berries.
Packed with antioxidants, this little jewel has a great impact on cancer angiogenesis, a basic process the cancer uses to grow and develop into metastatic cancer. We are talking of blackberry, raspberry, cranberry, blueberry or strawberry. You need to have half a cup a day. Replace your potato chips with them for your snack or bake your meat with them.
2. Salmon.
A prime source of omega-3, which lowers your inflammation level. Inflammation is another basic process the cancer uses to misdirect your immune system and create a favorable environment for cancer growth. Replace two red meat meals a week with salmon.
3.Green Leaf.
Green leaves are the easiest way to meet your nutritional needs. Baby spinach, lettuce, broccoli, parsley, celery, green onion and chard to name a few. These vegetables really pack a cocktail of phytochemicals that fight breast cancer by inducing apoptosis, another process that cancer tries to avoid since if activated, the cancer has to commit suicide.
