
We all feel like kids when we walk in a candy store. All the fun memories but what happens when our main diet is the candy store.
In the last 30 years we’ve witness skyrocketing cases of obesity. At first glance, we’ll blame it on the type of fat we eat. We thought it was the saturated and trans-fat in our food instead of monounsaturated lipids such as extra virgin olive oil. On closer examination, we discovered that the real culprit is sugar.
