Most may be written civilly. But when I read in between the lines I feel cancer patients crying out for help. They are lost and desperate. They are scared of what happens next, the pain cancer has reserved for them and the unspoken end. With a brave front they try to comprehend all these. more…

thenewyearslist(photo)It’s that time of year when we pause, think and make out that list of New Year resolutions. In an effort to make this year a better year we start out the New Year list of promises. Our list is replete on what we would do for a healthier lifestyle. We put in a resolve to eat the right foods. We write a decision to lose those excess pounds. We add a thing or two on exercise, more on getting sunshine and to quit smoking. Hmmm, looks like a nice list to be healthier in 2011.

Feel good list

Funny, but it sounds like last year’s resolutions. We made that list but stuck to it for a month or maybe two. Or did it last for 15 days? We ask ourselves, our list covers most everything ideal. But how long would we keep it? How would we make it part of our lives? more…
